All transactions over this web site are processed by PayPal, a leading provider of online payment systems and using the highest levels of security. We never see and do not hold your card details.

We aim to ship all orders on a same day or next day basis. If we cannot do this with your order we will email and let you know. Nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction is our objective. So if you have any reason to be dissatisfied please let us know.


1. Payment can be made online by most major credit or debit cards and by PayPal. All cards are charged on date of the transaction. If you are buying from outside the United Kingdom your card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.

2. If you wish to pay by postal order, money order or bank transfer please email us for details. Please note that we do not accept credit card details over the phone, or by email or fax.

3. All prices are shown in GB pounds. When making your purchase please be sure to select the country corresponding to the delivery address. This will calculate the correct delivery charge.

Delivery & Taxes

4. Prices quoted on this web site include, where applicable, VAT for EU deliveries. We are not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination.

5. We will normally dispatch your order to you within two working days by First Class Royal Mail in the UK or by Airmail outside of the UK.

6. If your item is not in stock, we will advise you by email. You will have the option to cancel your order if you wish to.

7. If you do not receive your CD within a reasonable period of time after dispatch has been confirmed, you must advise us by email. If it is evident the CD has been lost in transit we will replace it free of charge.


8. If the CD you receive is faulty, please return it immediately and we will replace it free of charge.


9. Your details and email address will not be disclosed to any other parties.
