Lots of news to tell you about….
First, upcoming shows –
IAN SIEGAL is at the 100 Club in London’s Oxford Street this week (Thursday, June 5). He will be playing new songs from his forthcoming solo/duos album as well powering through some of his popular band repertoire, with special guests. A few tickets remaining.

MATT SCHOFIELD is at the Postojna Blues Festival in Slovenia, June 13, then has a run of UK dates covering Bishop’s Stortford (near London Stansted Airport), Poole in Dorset, The Manchester Academy, Worcester, and Northampton.

New artists –
Nugene Records has signed SIMON McBRIDE, an outstanding Blues-rock guitarist and fine singer/songwriter from Belfast in Ireland. His debut album is scheduled for October. Meantime he will be supporting Joe Bonamassa in Dublin (July 8) and Belfast (July 9). You can hear some of Simon’s material on his MySpace site.

DENNY ILETT who joined the Nugene roster earlier in the year with his debut album ‘Callin The Children Home’ will be doing some shows with Legendary New Orleans songstress, Lillian Boutte.
Lillian Boutte with the Denny Ilett band will be at the 606 Club in London, September 15. Other dates in the UK to be announced.
Correction: in the previous newsletter we referred to the Matt Schofield Trio playing at the International Guitar Festival in Bath. The correct date of this show is July 31st.
